How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or check out as a guest.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in My Orders on your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

Shipping

What shipping options are available?
We offer Regular Shipping (delivery to your doorstep) and Shipping & Setup (delivery to your room of choice with assembly included).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours through our contact page.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Contact us through our contact page to initiate a return. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
